We enjoyed our stay. Came in Otaru to relax and have fun, this hotel was fantastic base for doing it. Besides, it has free Wi Fi throughout the property.

Helpful owner running the hotel. Beautiful views across the city. The restaurant was located within 500 feet. Not to mention free parking nearby.
